Bulawayo Industrial Waste Recovery

Residential and commercial plastic waste collected across six Harare wards, sorted on-site, and processed into compacted bales — 340 tonnes diverted from municipal landfill to date.

Direct offtake agreements with four Bulawayo manufacturers, collecting post-industrial HDPE and PP offcuts and processing them into sorted, clean feedstock bales ready for reuse.

Facility Throughput Scaling Programme

Formal collection partnership with Mutare City Council covering high-density residential zones. Weekly logistics, on-site weighing, and transparent reporting delivered to council per quarter.

Capacity upgrade installing secondary sorting line and pelletising-ready infrastructure at the Harare facility — increasing processing throughput from 60 to 150 tonnes per month.
