— End-to-End Recovery

One operator. Collection, sorting, processing.

Scheduled collection through sorted bales and processed material — specified by resin type and volume, not described in generalities.

Bale Processing & Output

Scheduled collection routes serving municipalities, manufacturers, and waste generators. Covered vehicles, defined collection cadence, and documented chain of custody from pickup to facility intake.

Manual and mechanical sorting by resin code — PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, and mixed-grade streams. Output bales graded and documented by material type and contamination level before processing.

Cleaned, compressed bales produced to buyer specification. Current throughput capacity documented by grade. Output sold to local manufacturers or held for in-house pelletising pipeline.

Bales to pellets — built here

In-house pelletising capacity is in active commissioning. Processed PET and HDPE bales feed directly into extrusion, producing resin pellets as local industrial feedstock — no export, no intermediary.

The manufacturing phase follows: injection-moulded and extruded product lines using captive feedstock. Contracts with manufacturers seeking certified recycled-content pellets are being structured now.

Material grades in pipeline: PET clear, HDPE natural, PP homopolymer. Minimum offtake volumes and certification specifications available on request.
